Non-Motorized Conveyor Components

Equipped with spring dowel load-bearing rollers that have a diameter of 80 mm and a spring-loaded axel. The load-bearing rollers are arrangeable within a set grid with 25 mm spacing.

Equipped with screwed-in load-bearing rollers. Load-bearing rollers are arrangeable within a set grid with 25 mm spacing.

Equipped with a sliding handle, pull-cable stopping device, stack brakes and screwed-in tread strips for hazard free crossing. 

Roller conveyor lengths are available from a minimum of 1,500 mm (59 in) to a maximum of 3,000 mm (118.11 in). Roller conveyor widths are available from a minimum of 500 mm (19.68 in) to a maximum of 1,000 mm (39.37 in). The roller conveyor’s overall height starts at 230 mm (9.05 in). The built-in roller conveyor is also available in a widthwise transport variant, which is built into the Widthwise Transport Car Series 100.
