Merger and separation stations
Merger and separation stations serve as a switch in a transport section in order to transport your merchandise from one conveyor line to another. The merchandise’s direction of transport is important to consider with every merger or separation station: for example, should the transport good maintain its original direction of transport (either perpendicular or parallel to the main direction of transport) or should the transport good’s position on the conveyor be changed (from perpendicular to parallel)?
When you do business with us you will have competent advisor on your side due to our broad selection of conveyor components. We gladly develop effective, cost-optimized transport solutions tailored to your spatial conditions and specific merchandise.
The section below displays some of our merger and separation stations:
45° Merger Station
Shown merging into a roller conveyor with adjoining 90° curve. The preceding roller conveyor takes over the drive train of the curve 90° curve.
30° Merger Station
Shown merging into a belt conveyor. The conveying direction of the transport goods is able to remain constant. Particularly suited for conveyor systems with quick cycle times.
Chain Separator
This chain separator is designed for the right angle transfers of transport goods onto an adjacent belt conveyor. The transport direction of the transport good remains unchanged throughout the transfer. Particularly suited for conveyor systems with quick cycle times.
Chain Shifter
This chain shifter is designed for the right angle shifting of transport goods onto an adjacent roller conveyor. The number of chains used for shift is decided on using the measurements of the goods to be transported.
Pneumatic Shifter
Shown built into a motorized roller conveyor to shift the transport goods at a right angle onto an adjacent roller conveyor.
Pneumatic Shifter
Shown as a portal between belt conveyors the pneumatic shifter pushes the transport good laterally onto the adjacent belt conveyor.
Swivel Arm Separator
Designed for the right angle transfer of transport goods onto an adjoining belt conveyor. The transport direction of the merchandise remains unchanged throughout the shift because the speed of both the swivel arm and the belt conveyor are the same. The swivel arm separator is particularly well suited for conveyor systems with quick cycle times.
