Accumulation Roller Conveyors and Accumulation Chain Conveyors
Accumulation Roller Conveyors and Accumulation Chain Conveyors are used for the accumulation or buffering of your transport goods. There are two fundamental accumulation systems.
Accumulation with Backpressure: the transport goods run into each other and have physical contact. Separation is required at the end of the accumulation section of the conveyor.
Accumulation without Backpressure: the transport goods remain separated from each other through the accumulation section and additional separation at the end of the accumulation section of the conveyor is not required. Both Accumulation systems belong to our standard product range.
When you do business with us you will have competent advisor on your side due to our broad selection load-bearing rollers, drive train systems and special roller conveyor profiles. We gladly develop effective, cost-optimized transport solutions tailored to your spatial conditions and specific merchandise.
The section below displays some of our storage conveyor systems:
Lift Accumulation Chain Conveyor for Widthwise Transport
Equipped with two 1/2" triplex chains. Each chain moves along multiple lifting elements. During transport the transport good is lifted up and transported to the next free accumulation point. The resting position takes place through the sinking of the transport good onto the framework of the chain conveyor. The chain runs contact free under the bottom of the transport good.
Roller Conveyor with Accumulation Chain
Motorized Tangential Accumulation Roller Conveyor
Equipped with screwed-in load-bearing rollers. This accumulation conveyor system creates minimal backpressure during the accrual process. The load-bearing rollers are equipped with an adjustable slip coupler where the drive force applied to the load-bearing rollers can be calibrated.
Motorized Tangential Accumulation Roller Conveyor
Equipped with screwed-in load-bearing rollers. This accumulation conveyor system creates zero backpressure during the accrual process. This accumulation roller conveyor is divided into accumulation sections, which correspond to the length of the transport good. The drivetrain of these accumulation sections is regulated to automatically and pneumatically switch off when required. The necessary control logistics are integrated into the light sensors.
