Pallet Lifting and Lowering
Vertical Conveyors
Vertical Conveyors serve as a connection between varying transport levels. The vertical lifting motion is made possible by a shelf electric motor with either a chain or toothed belt drivetrain, which depends on the necessary transport speed.
When you do business with us you will have competent advisor on your side due to our broad selection of conveyor components. We gladly develop effective, cost-optimized transport solutions tailored to your spatial conditions and specific merchandise.
The section below displays some of our vertical conveyors:
Pallet Feeding Station
Designed to feed pallets to a forklift from a motorized conveyor section or, in other words, to ease the removal of pallets with a forklift. The lift is made possible by two outlying hydraulic lifting units.
Two Column Vertical Conveyor
Shown constructed in a walled shaft. The shaft car is powered by an electric motor and equipped with built-in motorized roller conveyor.
Four Column Vertical Conveyor
Designed as a freestanding unit with a built-in electric powered shaft car. The shaft car is manually operable and has a built-in motorized roller conveyor. The starting height at ground level is 80 mm (3.15 in) The access protection is made possible by pneumatic sliding doors.
Vertical Conveyor
Goods Elevator
Patterned after TRA 300. The shaft car is equipped with a platform. The lift’s framework is equipped with access doors on every necessary level for the manual removal or feeding of transport goods with a forklift. This elevator is not made for the transport of individuals or persons.
Pallet Lift
Created to relieve the strain of certain working situations which require constant bending over and standing up. This pallet lift is well suited for the loading of forklifts with its lowest loading position being 80 mm (3.15 in).
